Rules:

• This is a true back bay tournament. Boats are not permitted to break the inlet, Cold Spring Inlet to Corsons Inlet, not past the sea buoys.

• All fish to be entered must be tagged before returning to the marina.  Bluefish, Stripers, & Weakies will not be tagged.  

• Heaviest flounder can be used in only one category.  

• One team member from each boat must be present at weigh-in.  

• One rod per angler per boat. All boats participating are limited to four anglers and one observer.  

• No mutilated fish will be weighed in. All flounder must be of legal length. Any fish deemed suspicious by the Tournament Director are subject to internal examination and  disqualification. Any violation of the Tournament Rules as stated shall constitute grounds  for disqualification. The Tournament Director’s ruling is final. 

Tournament Bag:  

• One Captain’s Shirt

• Two Black tags = Two Heaviest flounder combined.  

• One White tag = Single heaviest flounder.  

• One Blue tag = Youth entry. (Youth anglers must be 15 years or younger.)  

• One Pink tag= Woman entry.  

• Five tickets to the after party plus five door prize tickets.

Prizes: 

(In the event of identical weights all prizes will be split equally.)

• Heaviest Flounder (Boat). 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place.

• Heaviest Flounder (Kayak). 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place.

• Two Heaviest Combined. 1st place  

• Women’s Division. 1st place.

• Youth Division. 1st place.

• Daisy Mae Award = 11th Heaviest Flounder
